Home delivery
Packages are usually shipped via express courier within 2 business days* of receiving payment: you will receive a link to track the package online.

*It is not possible to provide a guarantee regarding delivery times as there are many variables that affect these timeframes, many of which are not attributable to Atalia Shop Como (e.g., strikes, weather events, special holidays, etc.). Therefore, if these times are not guaranteed, the customer cannot claim compensation.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postal expenses. Handling and packaging charges are fixed, while transportation costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. It is advisable to group items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders placed separately, so shipping costs will be charged for each of them.

In-store pickup
You can choose the in-store pickup option to collect your order at one of our showrooms in Como, at no additional cost.
After making the payment, always wait to be contacted by our customer service to arrange availability and pickup day.

For Atalia srl, customer satisfaction with products purchased on ataliashopcomo.com is a priority. Pursuant to art. 64 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without specifying the reason, within 14 working days from receiving the goods, provided that the original integrity of the goods is maintained and that the products have not been damaged.

• Also pursuant to art. 64 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal is exercised by sending a written communication within the prescribed 14-day period via email to: ecommerce@ataliashopcomo.com
• The return must be in perfect condition, as well as the original packaging, complete in all its parts including packaging materials and any seals affixed; complete with tags, protective cases, brochures or boxes as well as all possible accessory documentation and instruction manuals.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, once the integrity of the return has been verified, Atalia srl will refund the entire amount paid for the return – excluding shipping costs and any other charges different from the price of the return – included in the invoice, within and no later than 30 days from receipt of the same in accordance with what is stated above.
• The refund will be made by bank transfer using the bank details that must be indicated in the communication to exercise the right of withdrawal.
• In accordance with the Consumer Code, it will not be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal if the Product “is made to measure or clearly personalized” (art. 59 paragraph 1C).
• The refund of the price paid by the consumer will be made by Atalia srl, provided that the product has been returned by the consumer, within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt by Atalia srl of the communication of exercising the withdrawal.

Every return must be authorized by Atalia srl.
